We offer shipping across the continental United States.

- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

Large appliances (such as refrigerators and freezers) are delivered by freight carriers to curbside only. It is your responsibility to bring the item inside your home or facility unless otherwise arranged in advance.
