1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- You must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must not show signs of damage, wear, or improper installation.
❗Note: Used or installed appliances are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or special-order items
- Products damaged by customer misuse or improper installation
- Items returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Refrigerators or freezers that have been plugged in or used
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
- Wait for a return authorization and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
⚠ We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not function as intended:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
