1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must not show signs of damage, wear, or improper installation.

Note: Used or installed appliances are not eligible for return unless they are defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Products damaged by customer misuse or improper installation
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Refrigerators or freezers that have been plugged in or used

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
  2. Wait for a return authorization and return instructions from our team.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

⚠ We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not function as intended:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider.
